Forms

Whenever you successfully submit one of the forms on this site an email is sent either to us or to the member to whom you are sending it. This email contains the information that you have entered into the form. Some of our forms require that you enter your name and email address. We do not share this information or any other informatiuon collected via the form with any advertising company or any other affiliates. We may email you a reply to your requests, concerns or feedback but we will neither send you unsolicited mail nor submit your email address to any mailing list. We do not receive copies of emails sent to our members via our forms.

Cookies

Cookies are text files which are saved onto your computer and allow you to be uniquely identified by the website that created the cookie. Cookies are used anytime you vote on a poll to help prevent multiple voting. Cookies are also used when you log in to member areas of this site.

Logs

Logs of general visitor information are kept for statistical reasons. These include the visitor's IP address, referring page, browser name, browser version, the date and time of the visit and files the visitor downloaded.

Sharing Of Information

We have no deals with advertising companies or affiliates involving the exchange of your personal information. We do not give out your personal information to any company or individual.

We may forward questions or requests you have that pertain to the members of this site to them. The members do not have access to the emails you send to the Music and Ting Webmaster otherwise.

Information Security

We value our visitors' feedback and respect your right to privacy. In that spirit the information that you give us is stored in a private location, and is protected so that only designated Music and Ting staff have access to it.

The views and opinions expressed on these sites are not necessarily the views of us here at Music and Ting and they may have their own privacy and other policies.

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. We suggest that you check back here regularly although we do not intend on making any major changes to our policy. In the case that major changes are made, however, a notice to that regard would be put on our homepage.
